Here's How it works.

There are four terminal block positions for each mold zone.

Two on one side for Power and two on the other side for Thermocouples.

All terminal block positions are numbered by Mold Zone.

The Mold Connectors are prewired to the correct terminal position at the factory.

No Crimping!

No Ferrules!

The captive SEMS plate moves out when the screw is loosened. Simply slide the wire under the plate and tighten with simple hand tools.
